The Gulfstream IV is powered by twin Detroit 8v92 turbo engines. This vessel was formerly the Lady Catherine Ann from Seabrook New Hampshire. She made the journey down the coast in December 2009 and was renamed "Gulfstream IV". At that time the "Gulfstream III" that once belonged to Captain Walter Kirshner, was still in operation. The "III" has since been retired.
The Gulfstream IV is a USCG inspected vessel, which requires the boat to endure two very in-depth inspections annually. She is certified to carry 66 people.
